chillwithJyl chapter 55 . 1/4 I NEED A PART TWO OMG! |
Edgerallenno.el chapter 55 . 1/3 As always, your work is absolutely astounding! I always love it when the lovely Klaroline duo is put into an office setting. And the fact that your writing is always done stupendously, makes it all the better. I would not be apposed to reading another installment if you were to be ever so tempted *wink wink, nudge nudge* P.s. I would like to take a second and say how much I genuinely love the way you word things. You have a tremendous ability to weave words together. |
Guest chapter 54 . 1/17/2019 This was beautiful, I like how you explain a concept in such a huge variety of ways. Also I thought that caroline being the permanent piece in klaus ever changing reality was a nice way to show her importance and how special she is. |
Guest chapter 53 . 11/8/2018 This was such an original crossover, it felt so magical! I loved the idea. And having Caroline come to the rescue really left me curious about her intentions, seems she had a secret. Their interaction was on point, as always, very passionate! |
Guest chapter 53 . 10/29/2018 Freaking loved this! |
Guest chapter 52 . 10/13/2018 This one was fun and very original! I liked the whole setting you created, just plain cruelty and decay all around, but hey damon salvatore was a bad guy so why not, and it was very nicely written, so I really enjoyed how you created this world with your words. I love your caracterization of klaroline and in particular the dialogue, and I did so here was well. |
MrsAgentCooper chapter 50 . 9/21/2018 ASHLEE! This was just - truly, truly magical. You weave this poetic tale of pain and anguish and just...sadness with a mastery that's worthy of a standing ovation. When I read it in my mind, it all just flows so...flawlessly? And it brings pain as easily as a very sharp knife sinks into one's skin. "a goodbye that was never supposed to cross into permanence" - I love this line, it's just so so true when it comes to Caroline and Klaus? Because no matter what happened between them, no matter what was said, no matter how many goodbyes they had (5x11 or the phonecall), it just NEVER felt like the last goodbye? And deep down we knew that whatever Caroline said, she took...solace? comfort? in knowledge that Klaus was there somewhere, probably just a phonecall away. And it's just the worst kind of cruel joke that they DID need to say goodbye for real because like you said, they were never supposed to, it wasn't how their story was supposed to end. And the way you describe what happens between them in that bar - how intimate it is, how there's something so poignant happening between them, something so significant and yet all those people there go about their day and bar shenanigans being none the wiser - AND YET, their "song", this desperate wail "could've would've should've been" is tangible, IT'S THERE. And that "if only" that goes on and on? Heart-breaking, this is possibly the saddest phrase in a world. So Ashlee-Bree, you just caused me a great deal of pain but it was the most beautiful kind of pain. |
Jo chapter 36 . 9/16/2018 I am in love |
Jo chapter 34 . 9/16/2018 LOVED that ending |
Guest chapter 50 . 9/12/2018 You are amazing! With just this short story you touched me and gave more insight to klaroline than entire novels. I wish it was longer. I wanted to keep going and going inside their hearts, feel all that pain between them. It is all so alive and raw, damm, you killed me! This ending sucks but I dont even mind reading about it if its you writing this moments because you make it beautiful. Its all about the love, and that love they have turns gigantic with your pen, no matter the circunstance. |
Guest chapter 50 . 9/10/2018 Can we get an AH one next? ;) |
Guest chapter 50 . 9/10/2018 Wow, this is just haunting and beautiful! Its very short but somehow while I was reading it felt like it was a lot longer, because the words go inside and stay there, I had to think about them, to try and see the hidden meanings of every expression you used. For example I loved how you used music to describe their situation. They have a beautiful connection and you brought it to life so clearly without one single line of dialogue is amazing, the way you described that it hides in silence for only them to savor was spot on! |
Sophia Chase chapter 49 . 9/4/2018 Ashlee Bree! You amazing writer, you! I loved this so much. It was such a beautiful and unique concept and the ending I would have loved to see on that show (I will not name it because it does not exist to me). If there ever was a fix-it this should be it. The banter is so adorable and the dialogue in general is just so effortless and swoon-worthy and made me want to melt into a puddle on my couch. I mean seriously, what are you doing to me luv? This for example..."Truth be told, love, I just want us. This. You." *Swoons* |
