Yami's got some new threads. Niiiice. You would think that Master Thieves: Marik and Bakura would be able to hide from Yami's amazing sixth-sense-for-company, but his sixth-sense-for-company is overallsuperior to their ability to break into anything and everything. Imagining a Marik that is holding an incredibly close to fainting Ryou and freaking out is really fun. He's proper SCARED! And I love how Yami really doesn't give a damn about their wellbeing. XD
All because Bakura commented on his outfit. Yami doesn't take no shit about his only ever present, no siree.
I have a feeling that Yami had a really sad past. Well, it's kinda obvious that isn't peachy and rosy with unicorns vomiting rainbows or else he wouldn't be in this situation right now! But never, EVER getting a present? Not even told what a present is? What the hell happened, was he locked in a cage for most of his life? Was he thrown out to fend for himself? Was he raised by WOLVES (literally or figuratively)?!
We dunno. You know. But I dunno. There's this whole story surrounding his birthday and I really wanna know what it is...but, there's another thing that must be mentioned in this review. First of all, I think I know who Orange, Yellow, Green and DG are! Is it Jou, Honda, Anzu and Otogi? Am I wrong (I probably am)? Now that I (may) know who the demons are, I kinda want them to catch Yami more. Which is bad, 'cause we don't know what Yugi wants him for; if anything, they may never properly meet, and Yami could die before he changes Yugi and they start getting along and they fall in love and nnnooOOOO!
Something that I briefly mentioned just a second ago: Yugi's mysterious personality change. Interesting. Was Yugi originally quite in character but something horrible happened to make him cruel and hateful? Again, I dunno. And I really, REALLY want to. XD Well, I wonder what's gonna happen to poor, unsuspecting Ryou. Another beautiful Fragileshipping brOTP moment? Or perhaps Death or Tender? (Maybe even Euro?)
Can't wait to find out!

I don't understand why Yami doesn't just sock one of the poopbags in the jaw. XD I know I would if apparently I had to listen to the same old bull over and over again for several days. Yayyy! Marik and Bakura are becoming besties-but-you'd-never-admit-it with Yami! I tend to call Dark Malik "Melvin" and Original Malik "Malik." Technically his name is both Malik and Marik because of the fact that the Japanese language can't differentiate between the letters L and R; I think it was supposed to be "Malik" but 4Kids just messed up another thing and renamed him Marik. That's just my opinion, though. So, this ficcie's just crammed to the brim with surprises. I didn't expect Marik and Bakura to come in so soon, if at all. And Yami just found out that he looks like the demon king. I imagine that really made his day. Really enjoyed, so glad you're continuing! Hope ta see ya in tha next chapta!

That doesn't work well.
I was a bit biased in my thoughts towards Yugi being a lower-class demon who thinks everything his race is doing is wrong but no YUGI'S MISTER-BOSS-MAN. He was the one who ORDERED the slavery of humans.
I just realised that every time I try to predict what happens in this ficcie, I fail miserably.

Sooooo, Yellow, Orange, Green, DG. Those are the names they will be given in my head until they are given real names (if they ever are). They're lucky to leave unscathed. Since Yugi's mister-boss-man he could easily whip them a hundred times and lock them in a cell for a week with no food or water. Unless demons have different methods of punishment for their own kind. I don’t know how long they can last without food or water (if they even NEED that), I don't know how badly they experience pain (if they even DO), and I don't know what their reaction would be to long periods of solitary confinement.
It's all up to you, Author-sensei.

So, Yugi (mister-boss-man) is the most powerful creature that walks this earth. That's certainly encouraging. We don't really know just how strong Yami is, though.
Is it bad that a part of me wants the demons to actually capture Yami? And then him and mister-boss-man can fffaaallllll iiinnn lllooovvveee.
That's only a little part of me, though. If he got captured so quickly, there would no reason for him to get to the humans. And then there wouldn't be any Fragileshipping brOTP moments.
And that is unacceptable.

Good to see you're still updating (even if it's a bit short in your opinion)! I'll be watching for more!

I'M LAUGHING AT MYSELF SO HARD IT HURTS
I read my last review saying that Iwas sure the Non-Human was Yugi and then went "what if it wasn't lol" and then yeah no IT'S YAMI YOU IDIOT XD
So yeah, haven't had that hard a laugh at my idiocy in a while(I like to tell people I'm intelligent cuz my stupid brain is so stupid it thinks it ISN'T stupid)
To give myself credit, I did mention both in the review, just they were the same person (like that really creepy part in season 5, where they became this knight thingy; I get nightmares).
S'funny, I noticed that Yugi WAS quite a bit out of character, with loads o' smirks and growling and general oocness but now I know IT'S YAMI YOU IDIOT. I re-read the entire fic in a new light (chapter one was pretty much the same) and Yami's actually quite IN character, at least to me (subtext an' all that luvlinezz).
Kaiba is as Kaiba-ish as Kaiba. You have no idea stupid that sounded in my stupid brain.
Ryou's so CUUUUTE, I wanna give him a hug! YAMI YOU BE NICE TO HIM. (Fragileshipping brOTP? Yep, new brOTP for me.) He's totally in character as well, by the way. You're doing an AMAZING job. (in meh very strange and probably not completely reliable opinion).

So, Yami's the angel this time, but he's in character with (for lack of a better word) snide quips to Kaiba and politeness to anyone he likes (which is Ryou so far, to a certain extent).
This means that Yugi (if this is puzzleshipping which I hope to dear God that it is) is a demon.
That'll be fun. He could digusted with things, find them fine, encourages current human positions, so many possibilities! But, as Yami is certainly not behaving in a very ANGELIC manner, I doubt Yugi will act very demonic (but you've proved me wrong once, you can VERY easily do it again.)

Oh, hey! I was right! I may have been late to through in a vote but I was actually right for once! Yay!

Yami as an angel? Finally! No one ever writes him as an angel; he's always a demon, probably because he's a yami. But it's really nice to see someone writing him as an angel for once. And I love how the angel isn't going to be perfect and the demon isn't going to be 100% evil. I've been working on a fic myself with angels and demons involved and that's exactly what I'm doing, too. I personally like how Yami's acting a little different than a typical angel would act, I think it fits him much more.

The ending was so exciting! Yami's challenging Kaiba, that's good. It's fun to see the characters challenge one another - especially when the character's usually written, well, not-so-challenging, if that makes sense.

This is an awesome story so far and a great update! I'm looking forward to the rest! (P.S. And I noticed on your profile you said you were shy and you have trouble getting to know new people. Don't worry, I'm the same way in real life, I'm also really hard on myself and not good at getting to know new people. But y'know what? You're doing a great job writing and you seem like a really great person, too, and I'd love to be friends with you!)
