So it would be better if their population at least doubled-overs. If this story is really about Marriage Law then I hope it would go as it is, not just a 'tool' to make them together, but fundamentally wrong. Please make it right, like 'you are required to produce 2 children in your 7 years marriage and at least 4 children in the duration of your marriage.'
