That was a wonderful story! I think you struck the right balance with how much the Doctor should change history and how much he shouldn't, giving in the style of the 11th by dropping hints without actually directing anyone. I loved how this turned out and hope you'll be inspired to write another story further down the timeline. I'd love to see where it would go given how this story ended. Thank you for writing it!

Another good chapter, whenever I read lots of Yoda dialogue I think of the Robot chicken sketch where the clone trooper tells him to talk normal.

Given the canonical ridgedness of the Jedi order would you say that Yoda's willingness to change comes from his great respect for the legend of the doctor? Simply hearing it from someone other than young, upstart Jedi chafing under the restrictions let him hear it in a receptive way?

Little changes big consequences! I like how you are changing things. It reminds me a lot of another story I read where lots of things changed but also stayed the same. This also reminds me of the cracked article listing canons that could have been fixed with a five minute conversation, I feel like that's what you are doing here.

What a good start, your pacing is wonderful, the story had just enough lead in to set the stage and then it was off to tell the tale without feeling any of it was rushed. With the hints and advice and cautions, it certainly wet the appetite for more and I look forward to the next chapter.

Do you watch any jacksepticeye on YouTube? If so imagine my saying "ooooooo" the way he does when I saw this new story. Very interesting insertion point for ep 2, interested to see how the wedding plays out.
