This is probably one of those strories where the author says it's not dead and they will update it but couple years later no updates on not just this story but all of theirs that they wrote.

Welp, gotta love lying authors who say they will continue a story and then nearly two years later nothing happens.

I think I prefer the original voices in RWBY from the english version. Mainly because I just don't like japanese dub, just not my preference, and because RWBY isn't something where it was first jap dub then eng dub, this was first english and that was it. I didn't even know there was any other dubs for it, and I'm not even sure it is legal (Unless Rooster Teeth allowed it, damn Cock bites ((Hope you got that joke)) )

Great story. I eagerly await the Rewrite. However, I would like to point out a few things about magic in Edolas and Remnant.
1: They both have magic, or had in the case of Edolas, the problem is that few are able to freely use it. Volume 3 of RWBY told us about the maidens and of Ruby's special powers. The maidens for sure use magic, Ruby's powers could be debated. Edolas had the Exceeds that were considered gods because of their ability, and some deception.
2: While it is true that Natsu couldn't use his magic in Edolas AT FIRST. He was later given some pill that allowed him to use his magic freely. Correct me if I am wrong, I mean it correct me if I am wrong, but it wasn't shown to have a time limit. For all we know, he could still be under the effect of that pill.
With those in mind, it's not out of the question that Natsu can use magic. At worst he would have to find a way to get it working again or have it be half as effective or cost twice as much to use. Just some food for thought.

Having him become a one man team seems very creative and lazy. I will continue to read (the story is pretty short), hopefully it works out.
