So all Dawn actually says is; "...feeling exhausted like you didn’t sleep at all" (which Spike already said) and everyone thinks she's psychology savant? Really thin logic there. Though, to be honest, I always thought Dawn was extraneous at best and a useless waste of space most of the time.

I really enjoyed this story. I like the concept of exploring how Spike felt in the aftermath of everything that he has been through. I even liked your depiction of Angel, because it's mostly how I feel about him, which doesn't exactly paint him in the best light. I thought going into this that it would be a Spuffy fic, but once I got into it I didn't mind that it wasn't. Though I do feel with the story you have told here it could have become a Spuffy fic. I like that you mostly focused on Spike and Angel's friendship! I do not feel there are enough fics out here that show that aspect of those characters. I do not like Bangel as a couple, so I didn't like that scene. Also, I do believe Buffy truly fell in love with Spike in season 7, but that's just my opinion on it. But other than that I really loved everything about this story! Please keep writing! You are very talented!

I just stumbled across this story and I love it already! Can't wait to see how the rest of it turns out! I'm really hoping this will turn into a Spuffy story! I really love the way Buffy is looking out for Spike, and I think you've brought up interesting theories about how Spike would feel about getting his soul back! I've never thought of it that way... I also love the way you write Angel. I mean he's kind of a dick and it's never really addressed much on either show so I love that too!

Franchement BOF pourquoi déjà écrit canon série alors oui il y a des choses qui sont canon mais pa les sentiments des personnage surtout Buffy avec spike dans la série il y a un bien des exemples pour prouver met fait que Buffy aimait spike et était est amoureuse de spike en saison 6,7 avec les explications des scénariste vont aussi dans ce sens donc un peu déçu de ce cote la , marre de voir le terme âme soeur pour angel a tout bout de champs je sais que c'est canon mais les acteurs, les scénariste et José Weldon clame que c'est spike et non Angel.
Sin un poir les raisons cite au dessu.

Hein quoi tu dis que buffy n'était pas amoureuse de Spike tu te fous de ma gueule même dans la saison 6 elle aimait et il y a assez de preuve qui vont dans ce thème et spike n'a pas choisi de rester avec Angel pour Angel mais a la base il devait revenir a Buffy et dire que Angel est l'âme soeur si âme soeur y a cela serait Spike car les déclarations vont DNS ce sens là.

Thank you, this was different and thoughtful. I liked the complexity of Angel's character and the way Spike was shown to have become, a few years down the road, with a soul. A bit depressed, a bit confused, depending in his own way on the companionship of another vampire who can understand him when he tries. By the end, they did feel a bit like relatives. Like bickering old uncles who needed a break to find balance again.

Not the end I expected but nice that some of the laundry was aired and Angel is realizing Spike needs help he probably can't provide based on their past.

Now I see it was more Spangel than Bangel lol :D

Interesting. I never know quite where their conversation and actions are going. That's neat, given that I feel like I know these characters well.
