I feel like Lloyd would have known, though. Back in Season 2, he was looking right at her and Wu while they were kersnoodling several times, and once he even seemed troubled about it - he asked her about Garmadon and was clearly unhappy when she assumed he meant Wu. I dunno, I guess he just resigned himself to it. He'd never had the best relationship with his mom, so maybe he expected nothing less from her.
