This is a very interesting take on Umbridge's character. The way they are presented, her thought processes here seem very reasonable and logical. I'm impressed that you managed to make Umbridge seem like a rational person who the audience could sympathize with!

I am ALWAYS partial to a Dolores fic. Whilst this was short, it was a great read: you got to the point of Dolores feelings pretty quickly and your writing was smooth and enjoyable to read. The prompt was interpreted in an enjoyable way too, rather than you just throwing it in there as hasty dialogue. Great job!
