So you're continuing now? Going back again to the Game of Thrones thing, running out of canon didn't make it worse. It simply forced David Benioff and D. B. Weiss (the adaptation writers, hitherto referred to as D&D) to put their actual writing skills on display, and it turned out to be...not good. I personally could tell that they were both crap writers almost the whole time, what with each change being consistently worse than the book, simply because they think subversion of expectation/convention is better than actual development. On that note, I can tell that YOU are actually a good writer! You took the time to develop your original characters and plot elements in a believable way and you most certainly avoided D&D's folly of overvaluing the "ooh surprise" factor.

Your work SHINES, regardless of canon!

Great news though I admit I myself am behind when it comes to Lion Guard episodes. But I love to hear that you now have a plan for your Hakuna Mattata sequel, won't lie been looking forward to it. :)

I honestly pictured Never Too Late or Here Comes the Lion Guard playing in the ending. Other than that, I feel like that it's only the beginning for the Night Pride and Vitani's Guard. Hopefully, we get to see who the new big bad is, maybe the strange lion that gave Scar his name and kickstarted the whole franchise in the first place.

Hey, Scar here, and I noticed you deleted scar 2.0 sing rotten to the core, I find your lack of dark beck disturbing. Although, overall it's a good fic, it's hard to fine a good lion guard fic, and what if beck makes kion mad by flirting with rani, and maybe beck can recruit villains like muchaka? Ora and kenge to serve as hence men, honestly I can't wait for well, hakuna matata 2: beck's regret

A counterpoint to the "it gets worse if you don't stick to canon" thing is the Marvel Cinematic Universe. They deviated quite a bit in that first Iron Man film and not only did it work, but it kicked off quite possibly the most successful film franchise to date!
