Before anything else, I just want to nitpick and mention that Helmut Zemo is actually the son of the Demo Cap originally fought in WW2, Heinrich Zemo.

Anyways: now the review:
I am getting a vibe of "Avengers: Endless Wartime" here with this story, and maybe a bit of "CA:TWS". That's not bad at all, just saying. I'm definitely interested in how you handle the return of the Red Skull in this continuity.

I do feel that the dialogue seems kind of dry, though. I don't really find myself engaged here. There are also a few minor grammar and spelling errors here and there, but not too bad.

This looks to be a good story. Keep it up!
