Not going to lie the whole curse mark thing on naruto is annoying. Like over half of every chapter is them arguing. Ive like skiping most of the chapter just because they are saying the same thingniver and over again. If this keeps going prob just going to dropm

I don't understand your issue with Rock Lee. He's better than most of the characters out there.

He's even better in some aspects compared to the original Naruto.

Sure, Rock Lee's clothes are lousy since he's a devout follower of Might Guy but Naruto's original outfit is also distasteful.

That's stupid for Yugito to not try being at least cordial with Nibi since among the tailed beasts, Nibi is relatively courteous.

Whether she like it or not, she's stuck with Nibi since Jinchurikis are weapons to be shown off representing shinobi village strength.

I'm absolutely disgusted with Kurenai, especially since she is a Jonin who should be a role model for genins.

As for Sakura, she's an overly emotional woman having mental problems but she does have serious family issues which are not her own faults.

Kakashi is also disappointing since Sakura tried killing Naruto and he didn't seem to do anything about it, more like a passive observer despite being his teacher and obviously he knows by now that Naruto is the son of his previous teacher.

Kakashi is thinking too hard. That '(dat)tebayo' alone is enough as proof that Naruto is Kushina's son.

His blue eyes and spiky golden har is proof of him as Minato's son since not many people in Konoha have them.

It's more of 'childlikeness' instead 'childishness' which is also the ideal trait to complement 'maturity'.

The line separating 'anbu' and 'root' is actually a thin one. One wrong step and an 'anbu' will become a root.

A 'root' is emotionless but a 'root' is also able to become a normal person again such as the case with Sai in the canon story.

Those 'daimyos' are not reliable and cannot be trusted for sure.

I don't agree with the interpretation of the will of fire here.

While the 'will of fire' MIGHT implying some sort of teamwork among the teammates, it is more for the interest of Konoha.

Kakashi's late father being treated like dirt by the villagers for choosing his comrades' lives over the interest of Konoha serves as the proof.

Which means that Naruto is expected to sacrifice his own life should the time comes for the sake of the Konoha where most of its villagers are beneath his contempt which is unreasonable.

Sure, it is understandable that Naruto does not want to waste his parents sacrificing their lives for Konoha, but Naruto himself does not choose to be born in Konoha and he certainly does not owe Konoha anything.

It's truly hilarious seeing Kakashi's got facepalmed by Hiruzen for his biased evaluation towards Naruto.

That was the most detailed and reasonable explanation on Shadow Clone technique that I have read up until now.

That was also the more reasonable explanation on Naruto's affinities which shouldn't be solely limited to wind.

That was an interesting background story for Mizuki explaining why he betrayed Konoha.

Gravity seal? That reminds of the gravity room training in Dragonball.

Storage seal also reminds me to the capsules in Dragonball.

Glad to see Naruto retains his childlikeness while being mature at the same time.

It's not surprising to have Kurama having respect towards him.

There are so many intrigues beneath the surface, the competition between the clan chiefs, Danzo's using Naruto's friend to lure him, etc.

It certainly is Naruto's birthright to be able to excel in seal techniques.

An excellently written chapter.

Always love to watch the inner dialogue between Kurama and Naruto.

There is no need for trying to blatantly sway Naruto to Kurama's favor since Naruto is able to empathize with him being kept in the cage against his consent.

Protecting Naruto and making sure he knows what others are talking or even scheming behind his back in an excellent way to prove that what Kurama was doing is also in Naruto's interest which will make him as a trustworthy ally.

The internal dialog between Kurama and Naruto is really interesting.

"...I would rather he enter the class at the same time as the other clan heirs"

Hiruzen is really a crafty old fox. That piece of opinion alone will sway the clan heads' opinions towards his favor.

That was a meticulous plan by Danzo as the head of ROOT, a black-ops organization.

It will be interesting to see the Uzumaki clan kicking the asses of Kumogakure, Iwagakure and Kirigakure for their crimes, as long as they are not being controlled by Danzo and is led by Naruto.

It's such a shame that you decided to discontinue this fic, but I have to say I don't think I've seen a more in-depth and immersive story like this in a very long time!

I had an odd feeling by the end of this chapter, and the philosophical schools of the story in general.
It's personal, so I like the note at which the chapter. I'm not quite certain how this discussion and Jiraiya's experience will mold Naruto, but I'm willing find out now.
