I enjoyed your story very much. I honestly can't see the Reagan women having much trouble with the relationship. I can see the Reagan men having more issues with it than the ladies with Frank and Henry having the most trouble. There are a number of plot bunnies that could bring the men around. One the Reagan young people could have a best friend who attempts or succeeds in suicide when the parents won't accept them. Henry could have some "sage" advice to share with Frank that would either partially or completely bring him around. You also seem to have set yourself up with a possible acceptance using the change in Harry's haunted eyes. The PC has seen that expression when he first visited the cafe now he could see the eyes of that same man in love. Cheesy I know but there it is.

This is still one of my all time favorite fics! I image just what will happen when Jamie has to tell his family about Harry and who will have his back. Will Nicky totally support them or be heart broken.
