Wow. I thought our local council was smoking their meeting muffins when they came up with the Traffic Light Standard for Bin Lids, but this a whole new kind of crack. It's also a great deal funnier than coloured bin lids. The fact that women world wide only pay attention to Scott because they feel sorry for him? Well, that poor, poor man...This also explains with detailed truthiness why none of the Tracy brothers look alike.
