So if the Warrior of Light is not on the Carriage at the beginning of of this fic, didn't see him/her there, then the WoL must be one of the time displaced ones from 1.0. In which case, the WoL can handle things from the background and let Shriou handle the main storyline.

The only thing that would screw him over is the fact that he has no Echo so he'd be tempered easily by Primals and become their thralls. He hasn't lived in Hydaelin long enough to gain the ability for one since it took the Path Companions many years to even develop a semblance of the one we see in 2.0.

If Shirou does develop an echo, wouldn't it would work like how 1.0 did it?

Anyway, you crossed two of my favorite things together so I'm looking forward to this.

I like the story so far. Kinda iffy on Shirou's body aging 4 years. That just imbalances his child-like mind and his more mature body.

okay to improve the flow of the story for reading break up the paragraphs a bit more, because a wall text on a chapter runs together to easily making it hard to read. also it doesn't have to be word for word for the game, its better in the long run to replace dialogue with your own interpretation of the conversation. Shirous guild to start off would be a crafting or cooking guild despite his tendency to want to learn magics or become a white mage to heal

Rather interesting idea, though, why did you make Shirou's hair orange?

First FFXV story I'm reading so I have no idea what to expect. Will you have Shirou follow the Class system of the game or have him do his own thing?
