| LtsHrIt4ThBoyz chapter 32 . 7/1 Okay, okay, OKAY! So, I'm 4 years late reading this and discovering you; I'm so sorry! Okay? Gosh, what an 'E' ticket ride! I'll admit, I'm not a Star Wars junkie, so I've never been into the SWff fandom. I was hooked on Episodes 4, 5, & 6. Owned both the original VHS box set and the remastered versions (I still like the originals better ;D). I'm not someone who enjoys watching an innocent child turn evil, so I gave eps. 2 & 3 a pass until my youngest showed them to me, but just skipping through and showing the 'high points'. I was shocked to read about Hans' own son turning evil and killing him, so I skipped ep. 7, saw 8, but haven't seen the last one. I'd very much have loved to have seen something along the lines of what you've written here! I love the 'lore' and ideas and philosophy behind the Jedi training and lifestyle. It's an honorable and moral way of life. It amazes me that the SW fanatics that I've come into contact with seem more enamored of the villains than an Order that "...hopes for peace, but prepares for war". You've done an amazing job blending HP & SW and I loved the journey! I'll let you know now that I despised the HP books and Rowling, but I'm an HPff fanatic. I'm glad to have finally met you and I'm off to discover what other treasures you've shared! I'm 58-years old, but I so enjoy discovering new stories and writers! Take care; see you soon! MelJ :D |
