This is really neat. I do think you should put them into chronological order first though.

I like the idea of Anger, Disgust, and Fear running the consoles inside Voldemort's head. Fear still calling him Tom and Sadness having disappeared from headquarters are nice little touches. I wonder if anything could ever prompt Sadness to return? I just wish the SPaG was cleaner on this.

I really enjoyed this story! I find it interesting to see how the whole thing happened. He never had a joy. Hiss sadness, and therefore remorse, was never around. Disgust ran the show, and Anger and Fear were the only other main emotions.

Dem jumps between times tho. Why didn't Joy appear?

I like the idea but Voldemort would be happy sometimes. Yah know when he did evil stuff. Also I think maybe you should change the ending a bit. You could add Joy in.

I like this story, inasmuch as there are so few HP/IO crossovers on this site, and I do like your treatment of Disgust and Fear especially in the way you show how they, as Voldemort's emotions, would react to things. That being said, I disagree with your assessment that Voldemort would have no concept of joy. He does demonstrate (twisted, homicidal, maniacal) happiness at various points throughout the series...when Dumbledore first comes to visit him at the orphanage and tells him about the wizarding world (and about how he is special), when he hears the news that the Azkaban breakout was successful (Harry, who was empathetically linked to him at the time, felt an almost overpowering rush of happiness at that moment), when he thinks he's successfully killed Harry at the end of DH...I fully agree with your opinion that Sadness would be very repressed or even nonexistent, but not Joy.

I know you finished this, but I just thought I should let you know this was (or is) totally awesome.

I don't often leave negative reviews, but quite frankly, this fic is garbage. The chapters were all out of order, the setting of Headquarters was lazy and didn't even remotely resemble what Voldemort's mind would look like, and you got Voldemort's character depressingly wrong. For one thing, what made you ever think that Voldemort lacked joy? He's shown maniacal happiness through the entire series! He has violent temper tantrums, but it's just as easy to make him maniacally gleeful. What emotion he REALLY lacked was Sadness; he never felt empathy, he never made friends, and I doubt he's ever cried in his entire life. The only thing I can agree with about your story is that Sadness was probably born, but was forced out of Headquarters for most of his life. Also, what's with the "3 2 1 off the console" thing? Did Voldemort suddenly become a toddler's cartoon? And the ending...they're dead, and yet the memories still work? The idea behind this fic had so much potential, but I'm sorry to say, you failed utterly to deliver.

I can't help but feel bad for Tom Riddle sometimes but he choice to go dark instated of showing everyone that he could be better than them !

Aw... Voldemort NEVER had a Joy in his ENTIRE life? Even when he was still just a sweet innocent non-homocidal kid? Or even a Joy that made him happy those times he tortured people as he grew older and his Joy became just as insane and homicidal as HE did as he grew up? *lol* though other than, Sadness, Disgust, Anger, and Fear, why didn't a completely new Emotion appear to take up Joys empty spot? Maybe Insanity, Crazy, Psycho, etc. The four thats there now can't be ALL thats feeding Voldemorts homicidal tendencies.
