Screams! Noooooo lol that ending. I wasn’t ready. BUT yes this really does sum them up and all of their insanity. No happy ending also seems quite fitting.. these two frustrate to me to no end! I really enjoyed so many things about this fic and how you word things specifically - “He was so focused on not letting his underlying attraction to her show that he forgot to act like her lover.” Ain’t that the freaking truth. He turns into a puddle when they have to “turn it on” UC and you captured it beautifully in this because Olivia’s always the cool calm and collected one (on the surface) and he’s a trembling mess. Well done.

Oh, I loved it. Didn't expect Olivia to do what she did, but overall a very good story. Angry, witty and very well written.

Oh my God, this is AWESOME. I'm relatively new to the world of fanfiction in general and this fandom in particular, but I've read a lot if EO stories during the last couple of months and I have to say, you're definitely one of the best - if not THE best - writer I have come across! You portay these characters so beautifully and your style is amazing. I wish you would write more multi-chapter pieces because, seriously, letting us hang in the air like this is just plain cruel ;-). And I'm sure you'd receive a lot more reviews if you had longer stories... I really don't understand why so few people have reviewed on this magnificient piece! You're not planning on writing a sequel for this one, are you? :-) I'm sure you'd make a lot of people very happy *wink*. Please keep up your great work, I can't wait to read more from you!

I would've LOVED to have read what kind of apology he managed to come up with the next morning after the night they had. but mostly I would've loved to read about them trying to avoid that 800lb gorilla in the room. Or better still, have to pretend to be spouses or lovers again. And there were SO many wonderful lines going on in this story that I'd just be rewriting it here to mention them all...lol. I shouldn't have to say so, but I loved it.

Hard emotions to swallow, M; but nicely done. In fact, I was getting angry with both Olivia and Elliot that I couldn't figure out who I agreed with more. Ultimately, I believe it was Olivia. I feel that we're always letting Elliot get away with his hot temper and his mood swings, that when it's Liv's turn, she's not allowed the same privilege. You played about that aspect rather intelligently. And to be honest, you wrote them so raw, so real, that I was torn between my EO feels, each character's indignation, and seeing how it would end; but that element of reality you brought in here, kept the characters rather in cannon. Of course nothing was going to be resolved. Elliot would go home confused to his wife and child, and Olivia is left fuming and taking care of herself. Right on. Frustrating, but isn't that what we dealt with for 12 seasons? We don't always need HEAs, and this was reality. Clever craftsmanship, my friend. Heavy stuff to take, but I'm glad I read it. Thanks! :)

I read this yesterday but work as usual work distracted me so here goes!Absolutely fantastic piece!As always you never disappoint,you wrote the characters in a very realistic and believable manner and the end result was perfection.I just wished they had gone for that kiss at some was absolutely superb writing,thank you,loved it.
