This fic is just filled with disappointments so far. The complete 180 degree change of Ashara’s feelings towards Ned just gave me whiplash. Seriously? Just a couple chapters before, she hated him. But then all of a sudden she wants his children the next? So damn lazy.

And then you just have her character be another Catelyn Tully, but replaced. I mean, Ashara knows about Daenerys. What the heck is the point of keeping Jon a secret? It makes no sense.

I tried to give this fic a shot, but it’s just so bad.

Welp. This is certainly one of the best fics I've read. Not many fics can keep me interested so consistently. I started reading around lunchtime, and didn't stop until 2:00 the next day. Great work. :)

I realize that she might end up finding happiness with Willas, but I definitely feel bad for her. She spent most of her life preparing for her marriage with Robb, trying to adapt to Northern culture, sending him letters, only for him to spurn her. It seems that no matter what story he's in, Robb thinks with his heart, not with his mind. :(

Apparently Elia could not have had more children. As far as I know, this is an acceptable reason for marriage annulment.

While you haven’t had him do it - at least not yet - Robb willingly resigning his position as heir is much more appropriate.

I agree that disinheriting Robb would be out of character for Ned. I’m wondering why he didn’t pull the whole “you didn’t consummate your marriage yet” condition however. Also, I think Ned would have worked harder to avoid this situation. There could be no greater opportunity for Dany to be brought back to Robert’s attention than for him to be the cause of his daughter’s dishonor.

The twist in chapter 70 certainly jump starts further character development which you were concerned was starting to lag.

I just realized you’re writing probably the most kind and gracious Catelyn I’ve read. With such a flawed husband and without Jon to be insulted by, you’re writing a poised and dutiful character. At least so far into the story as chapter 11.

The plot was pretty well structured, just a bit disappointed Daenerys as a Targaryen didn't get used as a plot point and she died pretty quick. But it is just personal idea of mine of Dany and Robb on the iron throne.

Really? Ned is getting more repulsive than he was. Is it hard to tell the truth? Talk about hypocrisy.. Mehhhh

I’m starting to feel like ashara doesn’t love Ned or that she will cheat on him. I hope this isn’t true.
