I just started this story and I'm going to force myself to read at least a few chapters before I give up because I'm running out of good Daryl fics to read. But the first thing I read is about dogs that is so disappointing having normal pets 2-3 years into the zombie apocalypse is ridiculous especially 2 BIG dogs when majority of people can't survive or find food but a person can not only keep themselves alive and feed but they keep their dogs especially big multiple ones feed and alive. I just like my stories with as much realism as possible.

Sad. I love this story.

Stumbled upon this story and I LOVE IT! I have been looking for a good Daryl/OC story with the right mix of action, romance, humor...**smut** which I'm sure is coming eventually. You are an excellent writer! Can't wait to keep reading.

I adore Rowan, I can relate to her very easily being Cherokee and Lakota myself and with her nature. Good job at writing her character I love this already :).

I can just see Lily having to make sure they saw her helping take down the walker.

I absolutely loved this story. So much so that I started reading all over again. But this time I noticed: "She was about the same height as Aaron..." You know the actor is about 1.85m, don't you? She's taller than Daryl? haha
