Love the idea of the family crests! I've always thought that spelled Wizarding tattoos would be so much more fascinating than plain old Muggle ones...

I really like this...I don't currently have a tattoo but I have a design of the one I want which I have had for about 5 years...given the profession I'm going to be in I would have to cover mine up also do its definitely something you have to really take time and think about before doing.

I have yet to find any design that I would wish to live with forever. My tastes change and evolve, and the last thing I would want to do is look back on something I inked into my flesh and go "damn, what was I thinking." LOL

I see you did manage to sneak Severus in there. I was concerned. Reading your stories without him is kind of... unnerving!

That was a nice mother/daughter moment. I really enjoyed the secret of Aunt Hermione's tattoo also.

So sad, in many ways, from Hermione's futile crush to Severus' death and Lily's coming of age. I bet Ginny's like me, wondering where the years have gone.

Here in my country, you must be 18 too, but I got my first one when I was 16...and no, my mum still doesn't know about it, even now, that I'm 34...she had seen every tattoo I got AFTER 18, but the first one? Nooooo!
