This was interesting. I feel bad for Stan though. In almost all the fanfics I've read he ends up being suicidal. He went through so much.

This reminded me why Stan is one of my favorite characters of all time. :)

I love the whole idea soo much! I mean the ford hallucinations, him comforting stan everything!
You wrote it so perfectly that even I felt confused on whether or not ford was actually there or not! It fits the gravity falls story really perfectly too!

(You know, you reminded me of a headcanon I have. But this headcanon involved both Stans seeing or hearing the hallucinations of each other duting thirty years of departure and these hallucinations were rather snarky.)

So inspiring, i wonder if ford was aware what stan saw or not, but i like to think he was.
But the line "when he stepped out of the portal, he had changed too" just killed me.
I like these type of stories you write, especially if they're about the stans. This was a great one.:-)
