I absolutely love the premise of this fic! I’ve never read anything as amazing and creative as this! I am really sad on how there’s only one chapter so far and how you haven’t updated this fic in a really long time, though. I really hope this will be updated soon(if this ever will).

I’ll repeat what I wrote on The First Shifting Grain because it’s true. Brilliant. Incredible.
I love the concept and how it was executed. And looking at one of the reviews—woah—Did Kurenai tell him her name? I didn’t even consider that question! Now I have a dozen more questions with no answers. How will he adapt to society? Is he still in Konoha? What’s going to happen to him? What time is Naruto from? What happened to the Naruto of this world? When did Naruto start remembering? And most importantly—is this a one-shot (?) because I would absolutely love to see more.

Ouh. You made me want to hug Naruto so hard- but he would definitely destroy my bones lol. Some reviewers said Naruto is trapped in the Tsukiyomi, others expect a second chapter centered on Itachi. Whatever the answer is, I like both haha Thanks for posting this OS

A better ending would have been Naruto saying are you seeing Asuma in this place as well? The patient "should" have no knowledge of who his doctor is seeing neh?

I hope you continue this one day, but if not, you've left me to ponder a very unique and interesting concept. With Itachi as a second character, it'd be cool to see him with his memories displaced in this (modern) world. As a pacifist, my theory would be that he'd actually enjoy living in this more peaceful world - or at least a world where he isn't required to live through violence. Some of the other reviews bring up a good point though, what with his abilities to use Tsukiyomi and all, but that would ruin the setting of this story so I'm going to pretend that it's not that. :)
