Me: ...I don't know weather to laugh at the major insult to Lucius Malfoy or facepalm at Harry completely disregarding that he know a Lucius in his first life

Chapter 2: So Luna san just a thing, it's bad form if you just thrust a character into the future to live there on a permanent basis and give them no form of information on how everything works or how things have progressed from the 80s. I didn't click on this story to see Harry stumble his way into the game. You even have a way to give him said info. That ball of light the Fates pushed into him that took away his magic (I'm assuming that's what you used it for) could yes take his powers but at the same time give him his new life's memories and with it the inherent understanding of the technology around him, sort of like Equivalent Exchange from Full Metal Alchemist.

Also I honestly don't think any ammount of medical advancement or technological advancement would make the Dursleys change THAT much, I mean this nature you're having them display is that of a caring parent compared to their 80s selves. It's just not them
