Uh, never use an A/N in the middle of a story. Ever. It. breaks immersion. Also, why write about a story that already exists if you have no desire to write about stuff everyone already knows? That's counter intuitive. especially half way through a chapter.

I thought Irina was rather cute. Why is Issei annoyed? Is it so bad for a girl who's intimate with you to call you and miss you?

Got to be honest, the interaction between Murayama and Issei is not believable. What girl will just offer sex straight-up to a guy she barely knows. It would have been more believable if she said asked for something way less like a date and then things escalate from there.

Yuuma's introduction has her asking if Issei would be her girlfriend. Small correction needed.

Having looked at three of your stories I can't help but notice that despite using the plot from LN, you use the anime version of events regarding Rias' recruitment of Issei. Nothing in the LNs or the author's notes implies that Rias knew that Issei was going to be killed. Azazel states in the LNs that Fallen Angels recruit Sacred Gear users and ocassionally kill the dangerous uncontrollable ones. By all accounts Issei was likely to be a weak Sacred Gear user. They had no reason to be certain that Yuuma wanted to kill Issei instead of honey trapping the perv. Also both Issei and Rias have been shown to have ludicrously good luck when it comes to stumbling across important people in key moments of time. Issei just happening to summon Rias as he dies wasn't any more ridiculous than him just happening to summon Great Red as he died the second time.
I just had to point it out as it loomed like you keep treating the nefarious implications of an anime only scene as the LN canon.
