LianaFSM chapter 6 . 6/10 My God, where are you? I just found this fic and I am flabbersgasted. Please, update this story. |
Intrigue19 chapter 6 . 4/16 This is such an amazing story. The plot is awesome. I love how Severus still chooses to go against the voice regardless of the benefits because he still retains his emotions and thoughts regarding certain people. In all honesty I reckon Severus should just give up building that bridge to Lily and live his life to the fullest without her and the marauders pulling him down. Wonderful storyline, here's hoping you might want to continue it. |
passanger chapter 6 . 2/26 I love this story. Thank you. |
faerieshrimp chapter 6 . 2/12 SO BEAUTIFUL ! I WANT MOOOOREEEEE. |
john777 chapter 4 . 1/10 keep writing |
tronax22 chapter 1 . 12/8/2019 Making an unfriendly person with grudge become friendly takes thousands of steps? Yes. It would take this many steps for a decent social manipulator, who goes into it blind. But for shard that knows the EXACT right things to do or say at exactly right times, the exact ways to create right situations and draw help from others in achieving the goal? Utter bullshit. You clearly don't understand what Path to Victory is. It isn't just a tool to engineer humanly possible ways of actions. It knows everything, present or future. It allows for impossible things, like saying unrelated words to unrelated people, to make them in turn affect the targeted person in just the right way, over time. It allows for seemingly random actions that create chain reactions that advance your goals better than any straight approach you could ever think to take. It takes butterfly effect to it's extremes, creating multiple of them with every single action. Every single one with clear purpose, ideal for the goal. I'd be seriously, seriously amazed if it'd take more than some 300-500 steps to make her absolutely in love with him, while hating potter's guts. But it'd probably take so much less. I can even envision how it would go about it - forge some damning papers/diary and cause it to be found at exactly right head space and mood, while somehow manipulating potter to confirm it being legit. Wouldn't even require magic. Then expand on it. |
Guest chapter 6 . 11/30/2019 I love this please continue this thanks my fav fanfic author |
Kknd2 chapter 6 . 8/29/2019 You know, the horrible thing is, I can't stop watching this. Because the Path exists to increase conflict. So I know every single thing done is done in such a manner as to cause maximum upheaval. Fortunately the 'Wizarding World' desperately needs such, since we all know the ruin it was headed towards. The 'Calcification' of their world socially is a remarkably good description of it, from an entirely classical European view of things. It's why the United States pushed so far so fast (prior to 2 world wars smashing Europe back at least.) since it lacked such Calcification for the most part. It's entirely reasonable to me for Severus to see it that way, and Ambrosia is going to make an utter hash of so much upheaval is assured. I confess that I am still looking forward to seeing how Snape resolves his personal issues, if he can 'get over' Lilly or if that remains his hamartia. Though if this never receives more to it, I think I can live with that. I'm glad for the ride, even if it has no destination. |
Fenris Jin chapter 6 . 8/24/2019 I'm starting to like the old dogs, Rosier and Malfoy. Times are changing. Anyway, I wonder how the panacea will work out. A hundred and seventeen steps doesn't seem so bad.. but I hope Severus doesn't become too benevolent. I just enjoy him stirring up the hornet's nest a little to much.. XD As for Cassiopeia Black's training.. I don't think Severus will use the Path to somewhat cheat. Maybe a few provisions of not dying? Hmm.. but how will he learn on his own merits? Ah well, nevermind seeing as this is the last chapter. Anyway, it was a great ride while it lasted! "Make it memorable", indeed. |
Fenris Jin chapter 5 . 8/24/2019 BAMF!Severus is always welcome. In fact I may even be fangirling a bit there.. XD He punched Bella! XD |
Fenris Jin chapter 4 . 8/24/2019 This is getting better. I was a mite worried it would be too boring with Severus getting everything and not develop any sense of self realization. Happily enough, it looks like there would be character development as well as oh so wonderful humor. |
Fenris Jin chapter 3 . 8/24/2019 Oh my goodness! Lucius and Severus were adorable during Sluggy's meet and greet. "I am quite literally just holding on to you." And the winking! I think I just melted when he did that.. and then burst out laughing. This is so fun! Let's not forget the "Oh, wow" moments too! XD |
Fenris Jin chapter 2 . 8/24/2019 This is getting exciting. Although, it is a bit disappointing that none of it, even the potions work, are truly Severus's accomplishments. It's still fun, mainly when he makes an arse out of his oppressors. XD |
Fenris Jin chapter 1 . 8/24/2019 This is actually very entertaining! I've never read Worm, but now I'm starting to get interested! |
Guest chapter 6 . 8/13/2019 Fantastic. Path to Victory is such a ridiculously strong power (perfect precognition perfect analysis of precognition perfect at acting on it) which is hard to write as anything other than a chain of ever-escalating victories. The trick you used to keep it interesting (giving the side-characters a time in the spotlight) is well done, and a shame that you didn't continue this. The power in and of itself would mean the standard things that hold back the average fanfic do not apply: the character can complete any objective, as such, it can truly shine in character interactions. Bella/Snape was done really well (Bellatrix being a combination of extremely bloodthirsty, arrogant, and skilled was obvious but executed nicely) and actually makes me want more. Snape continuing on his plan to win Lily and falling in love with someone else on the way would be fantastic drama that explains exactly what a super-strong power like that can take away (similar to All-Star Superman, widely considered the best Superman story). Also, Snape not using his power during a date and Bellatrix liking him for being such a dork (as opposed to the types she's used to) would be amazing. |
