Thank you for another great chapter with a very fitting depiction of the Slytherin dynamics. You make Hadrian bond with Snape very believable, while still keeping them in character. You've got such a nice writing style, too. Tough times ahead of Har...drian though, and I'm curious how the year unravels for the twins. Hope you find the time to tell us.

Your writing is good, your pacing is good, but Hermione is my favourite charakter after Snape. And here I don't like her one bit. I haven't quite decided yet whether I will go on, but in case I won't I still wish you the best.

this was a great chapter! i very much enjoyed your representation of slytherin! and the moment where snape guided harry out of the dorms with his hand on harry's shoulder, but his grip never tightened or turned hurtful, even once they were in private was so sad and so in character. harry deserves a proper family, and while this is maybe not the ideal way to obtain one, it's great to see it working! thank you for sticking with this story and stay safe in quarantine!

Your Hermione very much underestimates what she is doing to her parents. It will not just bring them pain, it will destroy their lifes.

I know several parents who have lost a child. While none of them comitted suicide (both sets of parents have other children), it still was the end of their lifes in a way. And not even just of the parents. In one case I also know the grandmother (who is a widow and has several more grandchildren) - I am sure she will go to an early grave because of that tragedy, as her whole world was her grandchildren.

But even worse than a child dying is a child gone missing.
