I loved this so much. You've captured my feelings of Hermione's relationship with the boys perfectly. I always felt she was under appreciated and wronged by them so much. They expected so much of her and gave her so little in return. I know Hermione could be annoying at times but who isn't? It's no reason to treat her as bad as they did at times. This is why my favorite stories are the ones where Hermione disappears from their lives only to return much better off than they are. Showing she doesn't need them to be happy. (If you know any of those stories PM them to me please!)

Your story explains why I could never and will never buy the Ronmione thing. It's baffling. In real life, that's an unhealthy abusive relationship. Belittling her, saying cruel things, being overly jealous, thinking he's the only guy who's worthy of her, and toying with her feelings are all signs of verbal and mental abuse. How could that be love or attraction? Not even teenage boys are that stupid to think that gets a girl, that's more like elementary school behavior. I really wish J.K. would have followed her heart & not made them canon. I pretty much ship Hermione with ANYBODY other than Ron.

Anyway, excuse the ranting but I'm just glad to find someone who shares my views on this. Once again, great job.

That was very good. Well thought out and I liked the insight into Hermione's thoughts and feelings. Please write more like this story.
