Fascinating, but oh so believable

I read this when you first published it and really liked it. Now, I've been exploring authors and reading a bunch of fics by author. I've been reading your stories for about two weeks now, and I love your writing.
It was such a pleasant surprise to come across this fic again, and get to read it with a new appreciation for your writing. This is probably my favorite oneshot ever. You never see Harry as a Dark Lord with Ron and Hermione by his side as his most faithful. At least I never have. Using Draco's point of view was perfect, and his internal monologue was so perfect and descriptive.
This one-shot is a work of art. At least in my opinion xD

I’m going to be honest and say I don’t really like fics where Harry, Ron and Hermione become a force much greater and much worse than Voldemort. Sometimes, when it’s done exceptionally well, and we see a gradual change and their reasons for that change are clear, then it can work really well, but really you need a multi-chapter to do this. Here, it’s a little unclear what their reasons were and how no one noticed what they were doing until it was too late - people denying what is clearly in front of them is commonplace, but surely so soon after Voldemort they might have been a little more wary? I think that could do with some more explaining.

I noticed that there’s a mistake in the summary of this one as well, and [unwavering loyal] should be [unwaveringly]. Other than that, the spelling and grammar was good. I just think that you tried to fit the content of a multi-chapter in under 1500 words.

Well, that did not go where I expected. Poor Draco. Out of the service of one Dark Lord, only to end up right back in another's. Interesting that he's the only one who really noticed them quietly ensuring they all had the wizarding world under their control. I wonder what would have happened if he had attempted to speak up? Probably nothing good, I doubt anyone would have listened to a Death Eater's son malign the Heroes of the Light like that (unless perhaps he happened to tell someone else who had also been reading the signs and putting the pieces together). The Draco/Hermione bit at the end was nice, but felt rushed. I think it would have been nice if there was a little more throughout the rest of the story to build up to it.

Wow this was interesting, though the ending with Draco and Hermione doing it in front of Ron and Harry (I think) seemed out there. I like the premise though, where the Trio defeat the Dark Lord but since everyone's so relieved that the War's over, and it happens so gradually, no one notices that they've taken up the three seats of power in the Wizarding World (something hard for one person to do). They keep the peace and the people are happy, but then it seems to turn sour since Draco actually calls them special names, like the world's actually become some sort of regime/dictatorship.
I don't get why they Draco has been loyal (or who said it? Ron or Harry), nor why Hermione is the reward (or is it that he is her reward?). Like I said, the ending confused me a bit.

Wow! This is going to be super difficult to choose one story of yours...Well, I never imagined the trio would do that. So, it's cool to see a dark!trio AU. I was really surprised when Draco ended up staying behind. It makes me kind of wonder what role exactly did he have to the 'Masters'. It was kind of unexpected that Hermione was his 'reward' but it was good nonetheless. I actually really, really love Dramione so I liked the little bit. :D Awesome chapter!

Draco is out of one Dark Lord's service, only to be in another's! He never catches a break, does he?
I'm just not sure whether or not Harry having his own followers was actually worth it considering he was the Minister, and no one saw through the Trio's act?

You can't expect the majority of the wizarding world to be able to really think for themselves, though :P

The end is really interesting! I hadn't expected this to end up being a Dramione, but I would guess that the entire set up was more for Hermione's amusment than Draco's emotions, even though he clearly feels something for Hermione!

Okay, so I had already noted your last fic down as my favourite because I was certain that I couldn't enjoy another fic more than I did that one.
[Quickly deletes other story name from list] This one is amazing and my favourite (so far) I love that the trio took over the world like that - how sneaky of them, but how perfect of a way to do it!
I totally just assumed that Ron and Hermione were together, so was surprised when Hermione was Draco's reward. I felt so sorry for him towards the end.

Ha! Well that is certainly a different post-war scenario. Not really my thing, but I actually found it very interesting. I liked how you built it up to the three of them being more on the dark side. It started out as just the normal, canon thing from Draco's POV. Then it took an interesting twist. I liked that aspect.

What I felt was quite out of place was the fact that you had a Draco and Hermione romance at the end. It just seemed rather out of place compared to the rest of the story. There was no insinuation, no lead up to that idea and I felt it came out of the blue. To be honest, I think it would have suited better had you kept how 95% of the story went, with just a dark!trio.

Anyway, that's really the only thing I noticed. Other than that, this was really enjoyable :)

Your style of writing is very good it makes the things you write great to read. The flow of the story was excellent. There was no SPaG issues that I could see.
My only issue with this is that I enjoyed reading so much I wished it were longer.I really mean that, I loved everything about this the style, the flow, the characters everything.
