Oh my god that was so sweet and cheesy and perfect. Of course they were married by a voodoo priestess, of course! I wouldn't expect anything less from these two! I LOVE baby Henry's name, it's perfect! I honestly could perfectly picture LaSalle running around a hospital looking for a priest and charming receptionists. What a great way to end this story!

I loved Chris' endearment for Merri and Merri's thoughts about 'love and hate' her husband. That's how it works, after all, and I'm so happy that you went for it. You created very unusual wedding indeed but the most iimportant thing is that those two are finally legally married. And with a son. And they lived happily ever after, just as it should be when two people are truly in love. :) Or if there's any sequel in works? Maybe not so idyllic, but still, after the jouney they went through to get to this point, overly in love. Thank you so much.

This chapter had everything I wanted. :) There were so many things I loved about even though I knew the punchline or at least I hoped it was going to turn out that way. ;). I love that they gave the baby "King" for a middle name and that you included Pride as part of the marriage process and father figure to Chris. That just felt right to me. Sad to see this one end.

Oh my lord! I am so glad you're rewarding yourself with writing fic! This is my favorite story and my favorite couple! I love that they have a nontraditional wedding. It's perfectly them! Can't wait for the epilogue and for any other Cherri fics you write! :)

Picture me grinning like a fool! I got everything I wanted from this chapter. The bonus however was hand fastening/verbal commitment. Wasn't expecting them to reveal their wedding night gifts! But I gotta say, Poor LaSalle having to endure Brody lying up next him while he has a catheter of all things! LOL!

Hmm...I was expecting a little more whumpage, but it was nice to see the cool level headed side to LaSalle. I loved his thoughts in the beginning still thinking of the Elvis Impersonator. My heart sank when said villain went for box with the purple ribbon. Can't wait to read Brody's thoughts on all of this, and I do hope she'll kiss all of his wounds better. ;)

Ah, as a huge Die Hard fan, I would love to see Chris going all John McClane, to be honest. Bruce Willis would be proud. :D OK, but on a serious note now. I actually liked that he kept the cool head and thought ahead, considering the planned elopement. He handled the situation masterfully, even though he slipped a bit in the end, but in an amazing way I thoroughly enjoyed. Can't wait for more!
