Great chapter, I love that Buffy and Lily are becoming friends already, will make it easier on Buffy when she joins the school the next year. And James seems to have accepted her inclusion in the war rather quickly, but I'm glad. It'll be a hard line for him to walk, with him wanting to protect her so much, but also sharing so much with being twins, they'll need to stick together.

Voldemort was bound to surface at some point. Buffy's probably correct she'll be drawn into the fight at some point.

Lily definitely wanting to tease the Slytherins about the book. She better watch out, she'll be made an honorary Marauder if she keeps it up.

It's no wonder James doesn't want to talk about their dad's work around Buffy; the last thing he wants is for her to go out hunting dark wizards, or maybe he just doesn't want to worry her. I kinda doubt he realizes how likely she is to take action when she learns about the Death Eaters. He knows Buffy, but he doesn't yet know her as Buffy the Vampire Slayer; he's only heard a brief account of her time as the slayer and hasn't seen her in action. Also, the James and Lily bit was cute.

Buffy and Lily will become good friends, and it might even help Lily's romance with James come a little sooner.

My vote for Animagus creature for Buffy is a dragon. No reason to start thinking small.

Dawn has a lot of friends that care about her. They will help her through it.

I really like this crossover, it's unlike anything I've read so far, so I'm excited to see where it goes. I'm guessing with the aging that she came back to be James' age but has the memories for both ages? That could get confusing for her, but she seems to be dealing rather well for it all.
