A Ranger POV and one based on 'The Promise'? Christmas came early for me this year! I was so excited when you mentioned you were going to post this that I may have danced a little jig of happiness and the dance was certainly warranted because this was great. I had to read it again this morning before I was ready to leave a review. I really enjoyed the maturity reached by both of them in this. Thank the makers of fireball whiskey that you can write them growing and changing because we'll never see it in JE's versions of these two characters. This may seem odd, but I think my favorite part was Ranger having Bobby go and get her doughnuts and cake. It seems like nothing, but it's the little things like that which shows how very much he cares for her. The hiding of bodies line and the guns and dicks lines made me laugh in a story that was a little bit melancholy and I appreciate that so much. Another awesome one that is going on my favorites list. :)
