I freaking love this story. Everyone seems to be really in-character, and your interactions between them are perfect. Also, this series is hilarious! I usually stick to reading one shots and don't let myself get caught up in "long" fics, but after Freudian Slip I just couldn't help myself. XD

I hope you'll come back and write the last chapter one day! I know a lot of us would love to read it. And I know it's been a couple of years, but I think you have several people here who would be happy to beta for you if you need someone (myself included!). My writing isn't nearly as good as yours content-wise, but English is my first language, so I would be able to find and fix grammar errors. :) Please just reach out and let me know if you ever decide you'd be interested! In the meantime, I've followed you and your story to make sure I don't miss that last chapter! :D

i know that it's been a long time since the last update, but i'm still praying for an update to this series! from the cute line-breaks, to the OOTOROOOOO, to the character interactions, to the bickering, to the shizuo/celty & shinra/izaya friendships, to poor kadota, to Otome Road Erika... this fic (&series) is just pure gold.

I read the whole series thinking it was all done but I have been bested by one single chapter.
I really enjoyed this series for what it's worth and would love to see it completed. :)

One of my fave shizaya fics all the time, started from Freudian slip. And i rereading all the series maybe about 10times, they never failed to keep me happy :D

Hopefully you'll update this story someday, I'll always waiting for the next part.

I followed this story so I will be immediately updated when you finally update it and conclude this series but then I figured I should also leave a review. I really enjoyed reading this series with the sequels and I love how you put in these psychology things. The way you write about the relationships between the characters. Especially this most recent chapter. The way Shizuo ends up going off on an Izaya related tangent when talking with Celty. The way Izaya and Shinra's friendship works and how despite what people think Shinra does care about Izaya. Thanks for writing this series. Seriously, whenever you do post the final chapter, I will be waiting.

ahhhhhh this such an awesome fic !definitely one of the top shizaya or any fanfic I've read (and I've read thousands) for the way you captured izaya's thought processes and his relationship with everyone else. shinra, shinra-how did you do it?ㅁyou captured everyone's personalities so well and still managed to keep that undercurrent of humour throughout. i love izaya not being in denial (since you stop being in denial the moment you realise) but still kinda missing what he's in denial about, but also beginning to admit to himself that over everything else, he trusts in the bond he has with shizu-chan and that it (and shizu-chan) keeps him grounded to an extent (and more). your portrayal of shinra is absolutely amazing, especially done from celty's pov. drrr prides itself for its twistedness while still maintaining realism (regarding relationships and human nature) the whole time. and you really got that, so i really love this fic! so awesomelol don't worry about your english-is-second-language-ness-i couldn't tell at all (that's probably because i'm not a native speaker either lol) but sometimes (not all) authors seem to use it as an excuse to post stories with horrible spelling mistakes and terrible grammar and you don't do that all. i love your writing style! i love the plot and humour and the characters and everything lol! and i love the orihara twins tooωthey totally do care about izaya-again, in their own twisted way) and i love shizuo's pov because he's such an adorable blunt densely perceptive protozoan. him thinking izaya taught the twins properly and practically everything else really.

i'm not sure if you mentioned it in freudian slip or suspension bridge effect, but when in the canon timeline does this happen? vorona hasn't appeared, so... shou or ten? it's ... kinda (really really) nice to read shizaya romance with plot. as in, the plot is shizaya-centric with proper development. there's a lot of mindless fluff or straight out pwp or hardcore loopy plot but with underdeveloped romance around without actually exploring the depth of the characters, particularly shizuo and izaya so i'm so glad to come across your fic! i've been loitering around ao3 for ages and found yours from a tumblr fic rec and so glad i didˆOˆ.
i love realistic vulnerable!izaya. vulnerable!shizu-chan too, like, about the self-hate thing. in canon it got partially resolved with the whole saika fiasco, so i hope here izaya can do something about it. also the whole being a bad guy for the one you love thing... except he's being a bad guy for the sake of being a bad guy, wonder how shizu-chan will take it? gahh stop being such a dense seme (д)! (no don't it's adorable too)

Really, how can ones writing style be so... flawless?
Every story from these series left me speechless. Literally. I'm at loss for words to express how much I LOVE it.
I'm the kind of person who really appreciate the presence of humor in stories. And while reading it, I was basically laughing my ass of. I was choking.
Also, the in-characterness is simply astonishing. Like, seriously, how did you even manage to do it?! I'm all jealous.
And since I didn't reviewed the previous story, I will say it here. As much as I didn't thought that it would be possible, it was even better than the FS. You killed me again. And don't you DARE to insult your M rated scene, because it was... it was.. Ugh. Perfect. I was re-reading it like 5 times in a row while drooling like a pedophile in kindergarden (weird comparison is weird, I know).
That's why I can't wait for this story to be updated.
Oh, and don't even say that you're worried if your chapters/stories are too long or boring. THEY ARE NOT. Make them longer! Make them endlessss. There is no such thing as 'too long' or 'too many words' if it comes to your writing. Nope. Seriously.
You are my guru among writers.
I could go on and on about my admiration for these series, but I think it's time for me to stop rambling. Let's just say it shortly. This is dripping with awesomeness. In every aspect.

I love this so much! (Although I'm still hopin for some Shizaya ooteru...) In any case, when I saw that there was a new chapter of this story I practically freaked out, before trying to read it and realizing that even though I remembered the story, I couldn't understand it all that well. (The pain of reading too much Shizaya. *sigh*) So I went back and reread the whole series in one sitting, instantly reminding me of why I loved the series and causing me to laugh until I practically wasn't able to stop. I love this series so much. The interaction between all of the characters, all of their personalities, it's just amazing. I can't wait for more, so please update soon!

Oh man- I've binge read this whole series today, and I can't begin to explain to you how much I love it. Everyone is so in character, and the story progresses so well that it actually kinda sucks that it isn't an actual book. It's definitely written well enough. I really hope that the next part comes out soon, cause I am positively bursting at the seams in excitement for the last chapter.
