I knew exactly what story it is, when I saw the update, but had to decide on re-reading the whole fic. Flashbacks to Danzo were hard to get through. I hope Jiraiya and the rest of police force are not just twiddling their thumbs.

I can't imagine that making sense. Giving a child back to his abuser in 6 months? Not starting an investigation into finding Danzo, who they have been looking for years?

Oh my gosh. This fanfiction is so good that I'll never be able to forget it. I read it a long time ago and now I've come /back/ to read it because this story is so captivating and I want to see Naruto become more of himself! Ugh. They're all so cute! I seriously love Neji in this story. I like that he's so understanding, an I appreciate how 'in character' he is. I'm really glad that he and Gaara have each other. (On that note, I feel that you have portrayed all of the characters very well, these characters are high quality.)
Your writing is very good and the plot is just wow. I love how everyone is connected somehow in the best way and how every character has their own purpose.
The past year has been tough for me so I'm glad that I could come back to this story after every thing that happened. I get that it's been a while since you last updated (I totally understand the struggle) and I get if you don't want to update this anymore. But I just want you to know how much your story has inspired me to write my own stuff and the way I think about things.
