Wow - what a b*tch! She was whining and having a pity party in the first part, not remembering that her husband was suffering also; than she's mean and petty about Ginny being pregnant. So for all of her whining and self pitying crap, she had a baby? Sorry as someone who is infertile, I hated Hermione in this story. She wasn't at all likable or sympathetic. I feel for Rose.

Meh, I think that the nature of the story means that Hermione IS going to get more screen time. (Or should that be word time?) I like how you've shown how scared they are that she might be pregnant. Especially in light of her previous experiences. And I was expecting young Rose to be turning up soon. Very nicely written, keep writing

So true. Grief can be selfish. I'm sure you'll get Ron's perspective too. Great story. Why do I think this pregnancy is more simple than it should be, given the trouble they had. Sorry, I guess I am talking from the infertility experience of friends and others. Also, it does make for great drama and angst.

I loved this chapter. I know what it is like to have difficulty getting pregnant and it is heartbreaking and makes you doubt everything. It was great to see Ginny talk some sense into Hermione. And Ron - well what can I say - that was beautiful.
