   GreenTea4062 chapter 25 . 10/4 Harry here can pick his battles well... I don't like that the thought of him in Gryffindor, because the house would discourage that treat. Please Sort him in a house that would suit him and I think Gryffindor doesn't suit him, and it's not in a bad way. Slytherin suits him, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff suits him too. Well I'm basically tired of Gryffindor!Harry, so... yeah. Sorry for the rant. |

| White Squirrel chapter 26 . 4/21 I kind of want to love and hate this chapter at the same time. On one hand, I normally enjoy the "political kids" trope, but this just felt over the top. I was half-expecting Brie to snap and say, "What are we even *doing* here? We're kids, not the court of Louis XIV!" And yet, at the same time, I'm not sure if I've ever seen Slytherin House politics explored in this kind of depth and detail, much less through the eyes of someone who neither catches on quickly how to play the game nor can cut through it by force of personality. Brie really does feel like a normal eleven-year-old dropped into a world of cutthroat court politics (albeit one with improbable dueling skills), where Harry and Hermione rarely do. So I'm eager to see where you go next. |
