Another excellent segment of Dachlan's story. Although I have to question his pride about being a vermin, that's mostly an in-character thing; from a Doylist perspective everything fits together nicely and seems like a perfectly logical and legitimate interaction between the characters, even if the Watsonian angle would annoy me to no end should I happen to meet these characters.

Two questions. First, in Roads Not Meant To Be Tread, you had a scene involving the ghost of Dachlan's father. Although the entire story was nicely wrapped up and rounded out, I can't help hoping that future updates will see a return to that place, even if those involved would rather keep the past hidden. Any chance of Dachlan finally putting his father's spirit to rest?

Second, and more trivial, do you mind if I use the name 'Foxmoon' as a stand-in for Halloween in my works?
