Oh my god oh my god oh my god I should be sleeping but I just checked my inbox and I saw this notification and my heart skipped a beat. I was in disbelief, dreading a short 'sorry I'm not continuing this' type of farewell chapter but then I saw the scroll bar size and oh lordy I nearly died. I cannot explain how much excitement it gave me to see this chapter! I've got the most horrible cold right now but I feel fantastic!
I went back to read the other two before I dug into the third, just so I got back into the groove!

Ohoho, is that an Underworld reference I spy? *cackles*

It really is wonderful to read a new chapter of this. Far too many of my favourite stories have grown dusty from the absence of an update.

Your note at the start rings true, and sometimes you just can't force these things. I think it did well to leave it a bit; it feels like your vocabulary has grown between chapters and although I see several similarities between this chapter and Episode 1 when we first meet Anderson, it still makes for a delightful read because of your wording.
Also, it feels like a nostalgic, twisted kind of throwback to that meeting 15 years ago, which is beautiful in its own right.

I'm looking forward to the continuation of this, whenever it may be.
