it's unfortunate that you had to use this witches secret as an excuse for some action since it doesn't make sense
if you have to have magic inside you to get magical children, there would be no Muggleborn or squips
and it doesn't feel right. and there shouldn't be rules against masturbation. that's basically rape if it's not allowed to do it themselves you are forcing them to have someone go down on them.
