Technically the boosted her doubles the current power every time. So it would be isseis power x 16 with three boosts. If that only makes shirou 4 times as powerful, then issei is weaker than cannon right now. I would have at least thought he'd be 6 times as powerful as normal after that much power going in... Who knows though.
