This story was just adorable! I really enjoyed reading it and seeing all the clever ways you were able to change the storyline to fit into a B/G mold.

You did an awesome job with this! You wrote it so well, that I could totally see this happening in the show. Once again, I must express my deep remorse that this is not what happened in the show. *sigh* It would have been absolutely perfect. Thank you for writing such a fantastic story and so well in character! :D

They definitely should've aired this version, instead. I think they'd actually make a great couple.. I was working on a story like this, but you covered it much better than me, so I'll have to come up with a new plot. ] Great job!

You story started out really wonderful, a great remake of a very humourus episode which I thought your pairings would have been better. You did a great job of keeping them in character (even though some of it was directly from the episode itself.) The parts that were original were very well done.

However, (I'm sure you saw that coming and please don't take this the wrong way! It's supposed to be constructive! Honest!) the story was doing amazing until the last chapter where an all too common theme came into play that I've found annoys the hell out of me when I read B/G fics. I think your story would have more depth if you hadn't had them already in love. Something more of, because of these events it's made us rethink our relationship, I didn't love you already but I'm thinking I'd like to see if I could...kind of deals. You, as a writer, are the first I've seen that had the potential to create such a story. I commend your writting style and originality but I see potential in you to break free from the "I already loved you before this great thing happened" habbit. Quite frankly you're the only one so far that I've really thought could really do it.

So take this, not as a flame, but as an encouragement to try your hand at stepping away from everyone else and be the kind of writer I see in you. Meh, I'm starting to sound like my writing professor.

Anyway, I really hadn't thought to babble on like this but I really wanted you to know this wasn't a flame but...well a muse of sorts because I'm inspiring you (I hope) to leave the mundane.

I'm laughing at the mental image of Spike falling flat on his back. It's just the sort of thing that would happen on-screen, waaaaay back when the show was funny and the characters were in character.
