This is funny but I always headcanoned he's actually a very quick learner. He did learn how to use laptop and Japanese rather quickly.

Thank you for writing this! Urushihara's my favorite character in HataMaou, that's why it frustrates me to no end that there are so few well-written fics about him. Yours kept him in character throughout, and the scenarios you wrote didn't make it all that hard to sympathize with him. How I wish I could give him a hug!
