This is so fucking beautiful. Best wedding fic ever

Wow. So, I haven't laughed like this at a fic in a long time. I'm also on the train, so there's that fun. But so so much fun and well written! There was silliness and craziness while still retaining the occasional heart warming moments. All the craziness was handled well and I could picture it all easily without it being unbelievably over the top. I also like the nod to how strong chichi is. I think my favorite part was how Chichi took down Yamucha. Excellent job!

I laughed through this from beginning to end. It's just perfect. The way you combined the fluffiness with the all of characters' core personalities was fantastic. I especially loved how you portrayed Bulma's ambivalence to marrying Vegeta. It was so natural. Why wouldn't she be ambivalent? Vegeta's characterization was accessible and endearing: the curmudgeon, the alpha male, the proud royal, the guy trying to figure out how to do things right... begrudgingly. A great, funny read.

so glad i stumbled upon your fic..first of all, let me just say i rarely give reviews..but your fic is worth reviewing & i couldn't pass up the opportunity to let you know that..many read fics without reviewing so the few numbers of reviews a fic has is not a basis to say that it is not great..your fic is both hilarious & sweet at the same time..many applause to you for doing a great job in portraying our fave couple..vegeta proposing by throwing a diamond is how i imagined he would do it..

Only Vegeta would propose by throwing a giant diamond he personally dug out of the earth with his bare hands at his wife's head. Only him. This was hilarious and such a great slice-of-life story featuring our favourite Saiyan Tsundere and the woman who somehow manages to put up with his bullshit. XD

Oh my gosh best wedding fic ever. I love the twist and turns and the wonderful humor. The vows really brought tears to my eyes. love tHis so much.

Holy hell, that was something. I don't know what I expected, but whatever it was, this was miles better. Leave it to Vegeta to take a snarky statement as a challenge and set up a wedding in less than a day. Diamond ring? He probably dug that out of the ground himself, close enough. The ex speaking out against the marriage? Check. That fight between Yamcha and Chi-Chi, I CRIED, my guy. Absolutel d. Krillin being the Second Self was pretty great. I also feel like Vegeta likes him more than the others, but he's just not great at having friends. Chi-Chi really is underappreciated for all she does and can do. As much as I like Goku, he's kind of an awful husband and father. I'd have ended that marriage a while ago if it were me. Where Chi-Chi gets that patience, I have no clue. A sudden wedding like that has to be stressful, and all things considered, Bulma handled it pretty well. Vegeta apparently has not lost his touch for negotiations, though it didn't seem like a positive experience for everyone who got threatened into attending. They probably had stuff to do, and Gohan certainly had some sleep to catch up on. Speaking of Gohan, he totally would have been a good Second Self, if not for that beautiful hair. He probably squeezes himself into important positions all the time with that "well, if no one else will, then I GUESS," strategy. Such a smart boy, truly the next great scholar. That proposal to Vegeta was lovely, as were the wedding vows. This whole thing was absolute perfection, and I'm glad for both Trunks unintentionally setting this in motion, and you for writing it.
