I really enjoyed that story. It was full of action and a wild adventure. I loved the introduction of your character and how fleshed out she was. I was a little disappointed with the ending, though. What happened with the twins? Dimitri? SHIELD? So many loose ends that were left untied. Even so, there were still so many points that left me wanting. I lost many hours of sleep staying up late to read this story. I enjoyed how you developed the characters and presented them in a changing light as your protagonist changed her opinion of them. You are also really good at creating a scene with words.

Oh, I loved all the x-men references! Thank you for them.

oooooh man what a wild ride this was! but also i've been stressed so it was strangely cathartic? like the action was sO WELL PACED and i love how she's just casually becoming a hero lol it's amazing! this chapter started off and i was on the edge of my seat and then! it got crazy! i can't wait to see how she defeats the tanks omg

reading this again because i felt like reading the times when shit between mia and dmitri was good but i noticed this new scene and now im thinking if are we going to see more of mr. holmes bc i at least would rly love that!

oooooh man that ending gave me chills! and the raincoat and scarf, it's just like the picture you drew that originally alerted me to this story! omg! i love how amelia is planning and also! realizing that she was using her learned helplessness as a crutch! and working to overcome it! what a strong baby! i love her!

ooooh man the analysis of wanda and pietro? and their hate for everything? GENIUS. like it sucks that mia couldn't say anything right but it's also so true and real for people who have hatred that is that deep! also i lOVE a good mirror smashing scene as she decides to be strong and gtfo like yes baby! go on!

oh ho ho HO time to start some TROUBLE. i like how amelia has amnesia but is still down to fight anyone! and also? the deep seeded panic that she didn't understand? my heart! and listen, the cartoonish vision i got in my head as pietro grabbed her arm and ran was AMAZING. ugh. i love the way you write the twins and as much as it stresses me out i love this adventure that amelia is on and how she's trying to Make It Work!

ok i was so not ready for this emotional chapter? peter going through all the first holidays without her? dealing with death? struggling with his new superhero identity? and then getting the call and email and now he's going to search for her i'm! so emo!

hooooo man! ok i'm so happy she was able to hack the system (although i love that she realized she was cool with casually committing low level identity theft but not stealing food so she could survive). but now i am STRESSED (still?) cause of course she had to go and be the hero? amelia? what are you doing?

poor mia! after all this she's worried about stealing what a sweet angel baby! ugh the conflict, her just wanting to get home, still not wanting to trust the twins...she needs a Break.

ooooooh my god this chapter was so intense? and tbh the line about the theatre seeming haunted made me think that you could make an AMAZING ghost story/psychological thriller. i mean who knows, it might turn out that way i'm only at chapter 11. gah i don't know whether to trust wanda and pietro? like i know we're supposed to cause we know they end up good but they did START bad? and then? hearing peter's voice? the phone being bugged? i am STRESSED. so good!

aaaaah amelia! what is the crucible? who is the chairman? who are the girl and boy that came to see if she's alright? omg my heart was racing right alongside amelia's! like yay she's a badass but also poor poor baby! i just want to save her!

who are those people? who is the girl? this whole time i thought amelia would be the girl in the marketplace but NO you tricked me you fiend! you are seriously so good at setting the tone with your writing like? what is your secret? ugh poor mia, having to reconcile those two years and also being lost and alone i just want to help her!

ok picking this back up so late in the evening was a mistake because i only have time for another chapter or two before bed and i'm? so stressed? i love spotting all the little breadcrumbs you're leaving setting up the mystery and i can't wait to unravel it all! also your action writing? amazing!
