Lmao this was a sweet chapter. You've chosen to have a lot of cool-down time for this story, which is uncommon. It's nice to see someone focus on everyone being happy and getting along. I love angst too (and good Heavens so does this fandom in general), but this is a refreshing change. Great job on this chapter!

Interesting. I REALLY liked the moment when Pitch showed up and grabbed Jack's hood. Lmao that was not only cute but super in-character. I love the reminders we get of how friggin human and powerless Jack is when he doesn't have his staff. It's a great weakness.

I think the rest of the chapter is well written, but I still found it odd that they trust Pitch to free Jack even though he's now suddenly claiming to be his grandfather and all that... It makes sense, but it doesn't really feel in-character for them to trust him, and idk I just feel like maybe Jack would have rather ran to them than get on Pitch's nightmare. Maybe I'm overthinking it!

Aww... Jack is so sweet. Also, I love the idea that despite all of their mature sensibility, the Guardians are driven by their centers as though instinct. It's kinda funny and silly to think that North would neurotically want to make gifts for children even if he were, I don't know, trapped or ill or something. Similarly, it felt like Jack escaped and ran off because he was getting the Fun itch and had to go play with his kids to feel better. "Centers are a heck of a drug" LMAO.

Anyway, sorry I just found that funny. Another great chapter - I can't wait to see what happens to poor Jack!

LMAO I LOVE THIS CHAPTER. I literally said "WHAAAT AHAHA" when I got to the last paragraph. That was BRILLIANTLY done and so, SO perfectly in-character. You even got me distracted with that whole bit about the bedroom, so my mind didn't have time to theorize what was going on. You clever, clever author.

Woah, interesting chapter. I like this curse idea. It also means that the Tooth Palace would be a point of weakness for Elementals, hm? Since they were all humans, all of their memories would be stored there, including maybe of their deaths.

It also makes me wonder if someone in the room right now is the killer, like one of the Seasonal children... I just get that feeling... I'm probably wrong though!

Nice chapter again! Jack came across as being a little overly aggressive toward the Groundhog, but you did a good job of making it clear that was very unexpected and uncommon for him through the other Guardians' reactions. Bravo on that writing. As for the rest not even knowing who Mother Nature is, that seems a bit hard to believe for me, but for the sake of the story it works out alright I guess!

Nice start! I like how you moved pretty quickly so as not to let readers get bored or lose interest at all. You jumped right in and gave us some good background info. Very nice writing! Also - I enjoy the way you explain the Groundhog coming to North. The way North is like "Why me?" and he explains in a logical way is great!

Great work. I loved this story. The elemental's curse was a cool idea and I love the dynamic between Pitch and Jack. Plus the reunion sand twist with his sister was a nice touch. If you want to write more, I'll definitely read it.
