I liked that fact that you used the Eighth Doctor for this, despite the show having a War Doctor. Great way to have Elizabeth I have a friendship with Rose without having to marry the Doctor. (giggle)

I do like that this is about how rose is the doctor's true love, but i liked the original episode with the retcon of the doctor saving gallifery. I recommend checking out sf debris ' review of the episode, where the retcon was more in the spirit of doctor who, while one more day went against Spider-Man. This does mean no missy. If this was because you don't like that character, fine, though I would love to see a dynamic between doctor, rose, and missy. Though end of time does serve as a serviceable ending for the master.

This is awesome, but would you maybe consider splitting it into chapters? Just that it's kind of long to be all in one chapter, and it's sort of divided into parts already. Also... Tim/Jenny oneshot, pretty please?

Oh wow i love it! i have read your other rewrits and i'm totally excited from your idea of canon. i'm missing a little bit timey wimey But the love story and keeping jenny around makes amends on that. i didnt know the 8th doctor really until i read your storys But now i'm very Fond of him. For this story there a few questions left for me.
Did they 8th really kill all the timelords? That would be very very sad for him. And which time was it for 9? can 1 1 th doctors rose do telephatic communication with all of them?

Haha I'm back! It took me a while to manage to make time to read but I did it! And this was just too bloody perfect. I particularly like that you did make the Doctor save Gallifrey, can't tell you just how much I loved this glimpse into Eleven and Rose's life. And the addition of Nine and Eight had me squealing like a rabid fangirl. I honestly well probably re-read thus later cuz it was just amazing. Not to mention just a bit confusing, seeing as Ten and Rose were still going through the aftermath of the Master but I thought this change was so much better. In all honestly I stopped watching Doctor Who three episodes into season five, Moffat ruined Doctor Who for me. I know what happens, thank you Wikipedia lol, and while I do like the Doctor the changes Moffat made killed it for me. The only new companion I like was Rory. Amy was annoying and River was just, just no. Her character was hilarious but I just couldn't stand her with the Doctor, pissed me off to no end. Now i feel like I'm rambling haha XD. Anyway expect more reviews from me cuz I'm on to your rewrite of season 4 ;3
