I came up with so many theories about how everything could go right and everyone would be okay and Lucy and Natsu would get their cottage by the lake and I just. sobs. I can't deal with this like omg I know it's not the early 2010s anymore but I can't even, okay? you've ripped my heart out but I can't even really say that because you literally did that to someone and I just. I just. fuck, dude. this is beautiful. this is so beautiful. However, Natsu’s journey will be kind of lonely. I wish Happy join them in the stars! If he is going to accompany Natsu on his adventures, he would be really lonely when the time to departure arrives. Thank you for sharing your story with us! |

| BoredPiglet chapter 29 . 8/14/2019 Ok. When I saw the reviews, I thought, "oh. Someone's gonna die and no HEA." Then towards the end, there were already the signs of possible deaths between either Natsu or Lucy, but the signs were more noticeable for the latter. And as predicted, disaster struck Lucy though not necessarily as bad as I thought. But I was already screaming in my head hoping still for a that HEA. When I started reading this chapter, hope blossomed, but alas. It just wasn't meant to be. Honestly, I'm sad with how everything turned out. BUT I'm also ok with the end result. If a HEA were to occur immediately after everything that happened, it would seem forced for me and I think I'd hate it. So even if there's no "HEA", I still liked it. Not sure if you'd still read this, but many thanks for the story and for reading this long review. :)) |
