For a long time now I've been telling myself I need to stop, go to one of my favorite fics you've written and write you a monster review to make up for all the reviews I didn't write. But that just kept not happening cause I suck/busy/procrastinator/keep reading instead of reviewing. So I'm just stopping here now instead, on this fic I've just read for the first time and loved, to ramble a bit. Instead of a monster review you'll probably get a few incoherent ones. Oh well...

You were one of the first darvey fic authors I read (on darvey fics tumblr. Don't have a Tumblr, didn't have a ff account for the longest time, hence the absence of reviews. I did try to stalk you on Twitter, but couldn't find you there at the time) and I was immediately impressed by you. What you do with words is really a work of art. Your fics are not just something we read, it's something we FEEL in every fiber of our beings. That's really, really precious. Everything you write seems deeper somehow. Nothing is superficial. I love your darker pieces and the lighter fluffier ones perhaps even more (and that's not a small statement because the darker pieces are truly amazing).

I haven't read anything from you in quite some time (apart from your last chapter you posted recently which, btw, was amazing) and this week I really missed your words and your vibe and remembered I could come over here reread some of my favorite fics and read the older ones i've never read (you've written SO MANY!) and you basically took over my life. I can't stop. I need Athenian dream rehab.

On this one you totally predicted what would, years later, be a darvey song, huh? Ok, it's technically more a Louis/Sheila song but we have the oooooh oooh oh while darvey exchange completely in love looks and pour each other drinks. That's more than enough for me. It's a darvey song. Which reminds me of when the title of 711 came out and it was exactly when I read your Hard Truths fic (it's one of my absolute favorites!) and I totally freaked out about it.

Ok, now I'm seriously rambling and also questioning if you'll even see this review on such and old fic? I'll shut up.

I love this! This story perfectly sums up the awful Darvey place we're in right now. I'd love for something like this to actually happen in 5x09, with full angst and a melancholy Harvey. Great work :)

i really like this! love harvey mike friendship.. if you need more time getting in the right mind set for darvey then write more of these two best friends.. i love your other stories as well, you are a great writer and you write these characters so well! cant wait for anything you have coming down the pipe!

I think this was great. Just like when he heard Esther's ex talk about what he sacrificed, Harvey actually had a revelation. Maybe if this is an accurate prediction, maybe he'll have another one. Great writing. Makes a Darvey fans for a little hope.
