Anna's my favorite character. How can I not love her? She's pretty, she cares deeply for her sister, Elsa, wants to rather spend time outside of her castle than be locked in, and I also love her romance with Kristoff! - Lightening-McQueen

I think Ilsa from the Ultimate Book of Spells or UBOS totally looks like a fusion of Anna and Elsa from Disney's Frozen franchise. My points:
Ilsa's hair is strawberry blonde like Anna's, however, its in a French braid like Elsa.
She's got the same blue eyes and her face resembles Anna.
All 3 are from the European, Nordic countries (Ilsa's from Germany whereas, Anna and Elsa from Norway,)
Ilsa's name is a variant of Elsa
Ilsa and Elsa are often insecure (Ilsa's often insecure for her big size, whereas, Elsa's often insecure for her ice powers and)
Both Anna and Ilsa are naive (Ilsa was unaware that the warlock Zarlak was using her in his plot to escape his prison and rule the world, whereas, Anna failed to see Hans' evil intentions while)
