Well I've read this fic like 10 times already (not ashamed, nupe), it's motherf%$#%#$g adicting. I'll tell you that much. Um, I kinda suck at praising people so here, let me review this.

You get like 98465132134 points for hinting Bovia (like I don't even care that mr. exboyfriend is nameless here. I'll just selfishly assume it's Bora.). I'm like the ambassador of the Bovia ship or something. I'm just obsessed with him breaking her heart and shitting all over her emotions. I'm obsessed with him breaking her and ripping her heart off his chest. Yeah I''m kind of a phycho, shhh.

And HE sets them ablaze, and she TRIES to salvage something, anything. "Love, she thinks, as she stands in the middle of the embers and flames destroying her, what a lie." I've never cried this ugly. Wow.

And then she "rips her heart off her sleeve and buries it herself." What a beautiful, beautiful metaphor. Because she used to wear her heart on her sleeve, but not anymore, she's not letting anyone get a glimpse of it. Six feet under.

I'm 100.99% okay with smoking Juvia. THE SMOKING PARALLEL IN THE END, THIS WAS A MASSACRE. I DIDN'T EVEN STAND A CHANCE OF SURVIVAL ON THIS FIC.

I cannot even review their interaction because that's so on point and in character and flawless i want to pack my bags and move to fucking Atlantis. I'm done with everything. I'm done. I'm over.

Your writing style really fully captures the angsty side of Edo!Juvia. I think my favorite lines from this oneshot were: "Her smile screams 'there will be no survivors,' and her kiss is like drowning in freezing water." That's a freakin beautiful and creative comparison to the Titanic wow.
