Never read ANYTHING like this before... It's a nice change, and a very interesting way of putting things. Beautiful, and yet still as wild as the characters themselves.

I think that this is one of the most beautiful things I've ever read.

Your pacing is superb. The way you divided the story, letting each part expound a bit more, explaining without detracting from the sense of melancholic hope...

And, of course, the end. Finished without true completion. You left the story with an end that could be read so many ways, yet it seems to be the only way it could be.

I've loved everything I've read by you, but this has to be one of my favorites.

I love your paragraph breakage; love the darkness of D; love the sweetness of D/G; love not knowing just what part G plays in the war; love the poetic metaphors for lovemaking; love it all. Dislike teen sex in general, but they seemed adult about it.
